The character was Fifty Copper, the place was Azeroth, but, this was a unique take on Azeroth, this was Fifty Copper’s view on it, with Fifty Copper being a play on words, think Fifty Cent (50 Cent), it was no longer just Azeroth, as we know every land has a ghetto, this was now… Ghetto Azeroth.
