Fiffty Copper’s Ghetto Azeroth
Chapter 15 – Entry #1 – Terrokar Forest
The Cenarion Thicket Incident
Level 60 – 62
What a first impression to see, something killed all the druids at the Cenarion Thicket, and only two survived, and no-one knows what caused it. I decided to investigate it. I was told to watch out for Treelo, I thought with a name like that, it would be a gorilla or a fish. Then I saw him for myself and he was only a night elf, a muttering to himself crazy elf, but an elf nonetheless. He wanted me to (in his words) to kill someone that kept staring at him in a tower or something. I don’t know if I should be giving out help to someone like that but I’ll decide soon enough.
I came across a strange device, there were bodies all around it. This device was definitely the cause of the deaths. I’m heading back to let Earthbinder Tavgren know, but first I decided to go to the tower for Treelo.
Naphthal’ar was waiting for me at the top of the tower. It was an over-sized moth. As soon as I was in viewing distance it bolted straight towards me, all I felt was a ‘WACK!’ across my face, it disoriented me. I came to and performed a somersault kick and it seemed to go up with the gust of air rather than the actual kick impact. The wind had sent it flying to just outside the tower’s ceiling.
I jumped onto it using the wings on each side to hold myself as it slowly descended. I let my right hand loose, unsheathed my sword, and cut the creature from its head to its back region. Tons of liquid came out, spraying all over me as I fell, the ground came at a rushing speed but it wasn’t a far drop and I rolled when I the ground to minimize the pain. I felt pain but not enough to stop me from moving on, I sat for a few minutes to recover, then it was off to tell Treelos of my adventure.
I spoke with Treelos, and he didn’t even remember me, he starting talking about a human staring at him and wanted him dead, he had this dumb look in eyes, and I had a good laugh.
Moco has held a controller ever since the Atari 2600 days, to the current PlayStation 4. Ever since I was little I loved to write, so here I am doing what I love most. Only second to actually playing them, I’m writing about Video Games. So stay a while and listen, you might just like what you read.
